2006 The Enigma Portugeuse Blend
Easy to drink, easy to love, the wines of Portugal are a deeply colored and distinctive. Winemaker Gary Brookman brought in Portuguese varietals Souzão [suh-ZAH-oh] Tinta Cao from one of our favorite vineyards - Simpson Vineyard in Madera - and blended it with a bit of Grenache to make a fresh, approachable wine that is perfect for a harvest dinner. Drink now through 2010.
